[Hiring] Lead Business Analyst @Brillio

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to drive business and technology initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across business and IT to gather requirements, optimize processes, and support the delivery of complex telco solutions and network operations platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for telecom systems and projects.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end telco processes.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Participate in solution design discussions and validate proposed technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement sessions.
• Ensure traceability of requirements and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Contribute to digital transformation and system migration initiatives within telco environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to the telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in process mapping and improvement identification, leading small scale workstreams with a record of successful adoption of the process.
• Understand applied business practices in more than one of the following: Telecommunications, Broadband, Communications.
• Possess Blue Planet Product technology knowledge as well as industry and business process knowledge: Telecommunications, Broadband, Communications, planning, pricing, etc.
