[Hiring] Lead Analytics Consultant @Poland and Eastern Europe

Role Description

You will be:

• Setting up, documenting, and propagating new processes (including Data Governance).
• Testing different tools and suggesting new ones.
• Building internal reports to monitor data processes.
• Providing recommendations for internal tools development.
• Monitoring trends in data to come up with new use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooperation at leadership/management level – collecting requirements, providing recommendations, translating business needs to data products.
• Proficiency at data modelling (Kimball).
• Experience in developing full data pipelines at scale (terabytes) – from ingestion, through modelling, to reports.
• Interest/experience in concepts like: data governance, data mesh, self-service analytics.
• Expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks (experience in Unity Catalog would be nice to have).
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.

• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
