Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and system architecture to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Salesforce, Quote-to-Cash processes, and NetSuite. • Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate these into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and third-party vendors, to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Design and review system architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise technology standards.
• Oversee and support the implementation and optimization of Salesforce and NetSuite solutions, focusing on Quote-to-Cash business processes.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are resolved promptly throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and technical diagrams.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend technology enhancements to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or system architecture roles (junior to mid-level).
• Proven experience with Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Understanding and practical exposure to Quote-to-Cash processes (from opportunity to revenue recognition).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or similar financial/operational systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) is a plus.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and data flow diagrams.
• Basic understanding of integration concepts between enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) or Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven business environment.
• Exposure to financial operations or order management processes.
• Knowledge of API integrations, middleware, or workflow automation tools.
