[Hiring] Insurance Friction Analyst @Zotec Partners

Role Description

As an Insurance Friction Analyst, you will contribute to the standardization and communication of new operational processes, as well as maintaining present processes to keep them current and accurate.

• Administrative functions including denial rule and/or claim response setup
• Promote Zotec while maintaining positive relationships with governmental payors
• Assist in delivery of SOC-1 AR process flow evidence
• Consult with AR Operational leaders on efficiency opportunities
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Successful experience in a role where you were responsible for providing data analysis and recommendations
• Proven ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• SQL experience
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and leadership
• Flexible mentality: willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
• Must be self-motivated with the entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative in a team environment
• Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
• Strong attention to detail
