Role Description

Insights Directors at Escalent lead the development of insights and storytelling and own the data analysis and reporting phases of our work. This role will lead day-to-day project-related decisions and client correspondence, contributing to client retention and growth through consistent responsiveness and delivery of high-quality insights.

• Collaborates with clients to design research to best address business questions.
• Presents actionable insights to clients and their stakeholders.
• Proper application of analytical techniques & tools.
• Creating client-ready materials on time.
• Sound process & integrity of insights.

The Salary Range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000. While this position is primarily remote, candidates must reside in the Seattle metro area and be available for occasional onsite meetings and local team gatherings as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the Seattle metro area; relocation assistance not available.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Masters in market research is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience. Prior experience supporting market research projects in CX, telecom, or online consumer platforms preferred, but not required.
• Considered “Highly skilled” in analytics functional skillset.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Breadth of research methodology expertise & experience including survey/instrument design.
• Able to distill findings into meaningful insights.
• Formation of story architecture.
• Highly skilled in all aspects of Reporting (deliverables).
• Prescriptive / Consultative Writing skills – reports and client communications.
• Data viz / PPT / Excel.
• Autonomous report design / analysis plan.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to effectively lead project insights team.
• Ability to contribute to research design and/or proposal writing.
• Ability to manage a number of client engagements concurrently.
• High degree of professionalism & situational awareness (particularly related to client interactions).
• Highly collaborative, capable of getting others across the organization to collaborate.
