Role Description

• Pull, clean, QA, synthesize, and analyze large datasets across paid media and marketing channels.
• Identify trends, anomalies, inconsistencies, performance issues, and opportunities within complex datasets.
• Translate raw data and analysis into clear insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, recurring reports, and analytics processes.
• Establish and strengthen data hygiene and QA processes to improve the accuracy and reliability of reporting.
• Conduct both recurring and ad hoc analyses to answer business and marketing performance questions.
• Partner closely with internal client partners, channel leads, and analytics team members to understand priorities and deliver against an analytics roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to automate data collection, reporting, QA, and analysis processes.
• Independently manage analytics projects from initial business question through final findings and recommendations.
• Support analytics across large enterprise accounts within the CPG and health & wellness space.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, performance marketing analytics, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience working with large datasets, including data extraction, cleaning, QA, synthesis, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of paid media data, marketing performance metrics, and digital marketing measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful trends and insights rather than simply producing reports.
• Experience building or working with dashboards and recurring reporting processes.
• Ability to translate complex data into a clear story for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take a business question or desired outcome and independently determine how to reach the answer.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
