[Hiring] Insights Analyst @Pyramid Consulting

Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Insights Analyst. This is a Part time (20 hours/week) 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in North Carolina (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Dashboard Data Collection & Governance
  • Represent CSR during new data refresh activities with business data owners.
  • Track data points for new additions to the dashboard.
  • Maintain documentation of KPIs, data sources, and reporting requirements.
• Support Executive Reporting & Storytelling
  • Support the development and update of executive summaries highlighting key dashboard insights, trends, and business impacts.
  • Assist with presentations, leadership updates, board materials, and impact reporting efforts.
• Support Operational Coordination
  • Support facilitation of recurring dashboard working groups and stakeholder meetings, owning process documentation and governance activities.
  • Manage action items, meeting agendas and notes, and follow-up communications.
• Drive Process Improvement & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, validation, and workflows.
  • Help document and test AI-enabled solutions to support data summarization, stakeholder communication, and process automation.
  • Recommend enhancements that improve data quality, user experience, and efficiency.
• Support Dashboard Growth & Adoption
  • Assist with onboarding new metrics, business areas, and strategic initiatives based on best practice and business priorities.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and help prioritize enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor dashboard utilization and support efforts to increase engagement across the enterprise.

Shift/Work Schedule: M-F 8-5 EST (flex on hours. Would like someone more in the morning)
