Role Description

The Business Process Analyst IV is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes within an organization. This role involves:

• Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Requirements

• Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis; document current and future workflows.
• Create process maps and documentation including SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on process changes and support successful implementation.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve quality.
• Perform data analysis to uncover trends and drive data-based improvement recommendations.
• Support change management by communicating updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating training.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and track ongoing performance.
• Promote continuous improvement and stay current on industry best practices.
• May lead, train, and mentor team members.

The estimated pay range for this role is $51.63 to $58 per hour, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
