As part of the FP&A team, you will need to understand business goals and see your role as key to making the right decisions, being a partner to the company's stakeholders, and helping them make data-driven business decisions.

What will be your challenge?

• Partner with business stakeholders to make data-driven business decisions.
• Define and provide Business Decision Making Tools to stakeholders, including:
• Business analysis and diagnosis: Data analysis for research, hypothesis validation, feature development, etc.
• Business validation: Data techniques to validate the impact of experience changes and new features, mainly using A/B testing and qualitative research.
• Business prediction and prognosis: Data models to predict future occurrences based on the current state of the business.
• Business monitoring and alerting: Creation of monitoring tools (dashboards, automatic reporting) and alert systems for key metrics.
• Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into analysis, insights, and actions.
• Connect business problems with data-driven solutions and communicate insights between business and data.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• 4+ years experience in data processing.
• Analytical skills to work with large amounts of data and derive optimisations and conclusions.
• Demonstrable mathematical/statistical literacy with experience in designing A/B tests.
• Experience in Growth Marketing environments with exposure to experimentation and data-driven optimisation.
• Clear vision and capability to execute data-driven projects from definition to implementation.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them using clear visual references.
• 2+ years experience using BI Platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio).

Requirements

• Experience working in Databricks platform (nice to have).
• Experience applying statistical modeling or forecasting techniques.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and the Google Analytics ecosystem (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Big Query).
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills to visualize analysis results clearly.
• Ability to read and speak in English.
