Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyse and interpret data to generate meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support and enhance business-critical software applications.
• Assist with troubleshooting, system configuration and performance optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and optimisation of data-driven solutions.
• Work within an agile environment alongside experienced technical professionals.

Advantageous Skills

• Exposure to or knowledge of ASP.NET applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, automation and emerging technologies.
• An understanding of telecommunications systems or software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong academic results from a recognised leading South African university.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Solid EXCEL and SQL knowledge, including the ability to write complex queries.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of web applications and software systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
