[Hiring] Fresh Graduates for Business Intelligence Development @Quantrics Enterprises Inc.

Role Description

• Work with large data volumes efficiently using Pentaho Data Integration for the purposes of reporting, segmentation, predicting customer behavior, and other ad hoc requests.
• Design and develop MicroStrategy (version 10.4, 11.0) Reports, Documents, Cubes, Dashboards and Scorecards per specified requirements and timelines.
• Design and introduce new processes and solutions to drive sophisticated BI processes.
• Take part in defining the overall data integration architecture (e.g. ETL processes, Data Marts, OLAP).
• Implement defined documentation and programming standards for projects and provide a documentation framework including requirements, design, testing and deployment documents.
• Maintain and expand existing knowledge of Business Intelligence and current technology through training opportunities.
• Explore new sources of information to expand insight opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable with Programming in SQL and Databases such as MySQL or MS SQL.
• Knowledgeable with Data Analysis and Data Visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledgeable with ETL Development.
• Knowledgeable with languages such as .NET, C#, or PHP.
• Strong interest in Business Intelligence and Reporting.
• Knowledgeable with Pentaho and related tools such as Data Integration, Schema Workbench, and User Console.
• Good programming skills.
• Able to understand the business context to tailor data presentation, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and supports decision-making processes.
• Able to translate complex data into easily understandable reports or dashboards for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG).
• Interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
• Eager and receptive to learn new skills and tools.
