Role Description

Crown Innovations is seeking an Energy Data Analyst to support survey operations for the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA). This role supports the full survey lifecycle, including data collection, analysis, and report publication.

The Energy Data Analyst will work as part of an integrated team and assist in the analysis of data collected through weekly, monthly, and annual surveys. This position serves as a frontline communicator with survey respondents, supporting data validation efforts, troubleshooting reporting issues, and resolving anomalous data submissions. This is a fully remote position.

This role offers exposure to federal data programs and provides opportunities to build expertise in large-scale data analysis, survey operations, and government reporting processes, with potential for expanded responsibility over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must be available during core required hours
• Reliable at-home internet connection

• Proficiency with computers, including customer relationship management software and strong typing skills
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Ability to recognize emerging trends and patterns and respond to changing customer concerns
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
