[Hiring] E-commerce Business Analyst @HireLATAM

Role Description

Our client is looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to support leadership by analyzing business performance, improving internal processes, and coordinating operational tasks. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting, operational oversight, and team coordination. The Business Analyst will help identify growth opportunities, streamline workflows through automation and AI tools, and ensure operational tasks are executed efficiently by a team of virtual assistants. The primary goal of this position is to take ownership of analytical and operational responsibilities, enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking systems.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• E-commerce Operations Support
  • Support daily operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and identify operational improvements.
• Workflow Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies in internal workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Implement AI tools and automation solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Team Coordination
  • Manage and coordinate a team of virtual assistants (VAs).
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to maintain operational quality.
• Strategic Support
  • Work closely with leadership to provide data-driven insights that support business growth.
  • Assist with operational planning and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Shopify.
• Experience managing or coordinating remote teams or virtual assistants.
• Experience using AI tools or automation platforms to improve workflows.
