Role Description

This role involves working closely with the Digital team to gather and analyze requirements from various stakeholders.

Own requirements gathering and analysis for the Digital team from all stakeholders
Communicate and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Document requirements to a level suitable for Development teams
Produce conceptual high-level designs aligned to business processes
Define functional specifications, including creation of user stories and following Change Request processes
Work closely with Technical teams, QA, Project and Product Managers
Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Maintain ownership of functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Support the Technical Delivery Manager and Senior Business Analyst in managing the development backlog
Align with performance processes to ensure goals are reviewed and set with direct reports

Qualifications

Minimum three years working with an online commerce platform
Analytical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Solid understanding of project lifecycle and experience in delivering IT projects from inception to delivery
Operational background in a multi-national, multi-channel business in manufacturing, FMCG or similar
End-to-end experience across ecommerce, commercial and customer service
Familiarity with Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban
Solid knowledge of interfaces and interactions between core internal applications and external partners
Experience in defining and documenting processes, identifying gaps and proposing improvements
Practical experience with multiple technology platforms and applications
Experienced in sustaining strong working relationships with business stakeholders and Development teams
Solid experience in best practice methodology in solution and service delivery
Enthusiastic and flexible with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
Ability to work autonomously and within challenging deadlines

Requirements

Strong collaboration skills with Digital, PMO, product and business stakeholders
Ability to clearly define, document and communicate requirements
Understanding of B2C processes and financial relationships
Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
