Role Description

At Foundation AI, as a Data Verification Analyst, you will play a crucial role in validating and reviewing healthcare-related documents with a high degree of accuracy. You will be responsible for processing medical records and billing documents while ensuring data integrity and quality using our AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, segregate, review, and validate healthcare-related documents according to established quality standards and process requirements.
• Review and validate healthcare documents including HCFA Bills, Non-HCFA Bills, UB-04 Bills, Medical Records, and Liens.
• Utilize the AI application to tag, validate, and process healthcare documents accurately.
• Identify and extract relevant information from healthcare documentation while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards.
• Prepare, compile, and organize healthcare documents for accurate data capture and validation.
• Log and verify the receipt of data, maintaining an organized record of incoming information.
• Transfer information from scanned files, including images, PDFs, and Microsoft files, into a standardized format.
• Conduct high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other software tools.
• Compare data to source documents to ensure its integrity and accuracy.
• Review data for errors, missing pages, or missing information, resolving any discrepancies encountered.
• Establish and maintain a filing system to efficiently manage data and documents.
• Safeguard confidential customer information and adhere to data privacy protocols.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.
• Respond to requests for data retrieval from the database or electronic filing system.
• Generate reports and summaries based on processed data as required.
• Adhere and comply with the daily targets and monthly targets of productivity and quality.
• Responsibilities may be tailored based on the candidate’s experience and proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with familiarity in healthcare documentation and medical records.
• Experience reviewing or processing healthcare documents such as HCFA Bills, Non-HCFA Bills, UB-04 Bills, Medical Records, or similar documentation.
• Excellent typing speed with a high level of data accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct thorough document reviews.
• Proficiency in using software applications and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, including AI-powered platforms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy while validating information against source documents.
• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and respond to data requests.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, (minimum 12+3 years of formal education) in any discipline, is required.
