[Hiring] Director of Analytics @ACCESS TELECARE

Role Description

Access Telecare LLC, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks a Director, Analytics. This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere within the United States. Will be responsible for providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, used to provide strategic support to senior management and functional leadership with respect to business decision-making and growth.

• Directing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Analytics team.
• Leading coordination efforts with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to manage all ad-hoc internal and external reporting requests.
• Driving the technology integration of various data analytics tools across business functions.
• Building and implementing robust data pipelines with large data transformation tasks.
• Supporting business process improvement and data quality improvement efforts.
• Leading meetings with internal teams and external clients to analyze various data sets.
• Designing and maintaining dynamic dashboards for business solutions.
• Developing and introducing Tableau dashboards with advanced analytics abilities.
• Developing and reporting robust key performance indicators and suggesting business improvement tools.
• Translating analytical results for a non-technical business audience.
• Overseeing regular training in Tableau integration of TabPy and data wrangling techniques in Python.
• Preparing and presenting business intelligence/data reports on operational performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics.
• Four (4) years of experience in an Analytics position.

Requirements

• Four (4) years of experience with SQL.
• Four (4) years of experience with Microsoft Visual Basics.
• One (1) year of experience in the telemedicine/healthcare operations industry.
• One (1) year of experience with Python (data pipelines and data transformation, API development, Machine Learning focus on forecasting and anomaly detection).
• One (1) year of experience with Tableau Desktop (TabPy, Custom SQL, Initial SQL, parameterized SQL, LOD, Data Source Blending).
• One (1) year of experience with Tableau Server (Managing extracts, Row level security, user access).
• One (1) year of experience with Azure DevOps (managing sprints, development cycles, API dev, version control and code repository).
• One (1) year of experience with Financial Modeling.
• One (1) year of experience with Microsoft Power Automate (create workflows and automations).
