[Hiring] Director, Data Integrations @Covenant House International

Role Description

The Director, Data Integrations (Internal title: Director, Development Operations) reports to the AVP, Development Operations and serves as the technical lead within the Development Operations team for connecting disparate data sources to Covenant House’s CRM of record (Bonterra’s EveryAction). In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Identify new data sources and build conduits from them into the CRM.
• Monitor, assess, and improve existing API connections.
• Support Covenant House Sites that join Covenant House International’s shared data ecosystem.
• Provide support with data mapping and data loads during system conversions.
• Build integrations to support local efforts.

Your impactful work will directly support and uphold CHI’s mission to end youth homelessness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data investigation, data integrity practices, and data quality control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated skill at managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Prior experience working with CRMs and project management tools, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated comfort with a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience building and maintaining API connections, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in non-profit technology stacks housing donor and donation data.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mapping and loading data within database conversion projects.

Benefits

• Ability to travel once per year to New York City in October for our annual in-person traditions.
• Ability and willingness to travel to various site and office locations up to 10-15% of the time.
