Role Description

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Digital Health Analyst to join our team. The Digital Health Analyst is a skilled and results-driven analyst responsible for specific and coordinated projects related to our digital health roadmap. This role will:

• Analyze current system setup and functionality
• Initiate digital projects
• Report on planned and current initiatives
• Measure impact and ensure projects are executed according to plan

The Digital Health Analyst works on advanced, complex, and technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field is required
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus five (5) years of experience in information technology, informatics, or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Seven (7) years of IT, informatics, nursing, revenue cycle, or other related experience is required
• Experience as an Epic Analyst or Informaticist is preferred
• Demonstrated progressive responsibility within the IT field is required
• Two (2) years of project management experience is required
• At least one (1) Epic Certification is required; multiple Epic certifications are preferred

• Internet Speed Requirements:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher (100 Mb or higher is preferred)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher (10 Mb or higher is preferred)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms (under 60 ms is preferred)
