Role Description
The VCU Health Supply Chain department is seeking a highly motivated, eager learning professional to join our team!
- Work with a skilled team to build data assets and visualizations to improve overall efficiencies.
- Responsible for the reporting of operational, financial, clinical, and performance improvement data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Six to eight years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of database monitoring and intermediate knowledge of SQL tuning tools and processes.
- Intermediate level expertise in all major reporting platforms used by Enterprise Analytics.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL.
Requirements
- Applies extensive technical expertise in principle discipline and broad knowledge in related disciplines in revising or developing new methods and procedures.
- High level knowledge of the system development life cycle, database management languages, relational databases, change management, and testing processes.
- Expert knowledge of the interactions between all reporting, scheduling, and data movement applications.
- Ability to make and coordinate modifications to existing functionality on all reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple complex technical projects.
- Strong written communication skills.
