Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Data360 Subject Matter Expert to lead the migration of legacy workflow automation logic into Salesforce Data 360, focusing on translating complex data processes, configuring native Salesforce solutions, and delivering comprehensive knowledge transfer to internal and client teams.

• Review and analyze existing workflow and data-processing logic in standalone automation tools to understand business requirements and technical architecture.
• Translate and rebuild legacy logic natively within Salesforce Data 360 using data streams, data transforms, calculated insights, and identity resolution capabilities.
• Combine Data 360 configuration with Salesforce Flow Builder to automate downstream actions and integrate migrated processes into broader business workflows.
• Validate that migrated workflows accurately reproduce the business logic and data outputs of the original legacy process.
• Document new workflow architecture, configuration decisions, and best practices for ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and technical training with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
• Provide client-facing delivery and consultation on Data 360 implementation strategy and optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Salesforce experience with demonstrated expertise in Data 360 configuration and implementation.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder and workflow automation design patterns.
• Strong background in ETL tools and data architecture, with experience translating complex logic across platforms.
• Deep knowledge of identity resolution, calculated insights, and data actions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven ability to validate and test data migrations with attention to accuracy and business process alignment.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and delivering knowledge transfer to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a contract environment.
