Role Description

A Data Visualization Specialist collects and cleans data from various sources and transforms it into visually appealing and comprehensible graphics, charts, and dashboards.

• Collaborate with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to create meaningful visual representations of data insights that facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure that complex data is presented in an understandable format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Job duties include:
  • Collecting and cleaning data
  • Designing and creating visual representations
  • Understanding stakeholders' needs
  • Effectively communicating findings through presentations and reports
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data visualization tools and techniques to continually improve skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Graphic design skills for creating visually engaging charts and dashboards
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles to enhance data visualization
• Data interpretation and storytelling abilities to convey insights effectively
• Attention to detail for accurate and clear visualization
• Knowledge of data analysis concepts to appropriately represent data
• Collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
