Role Description
This role involves analyzing data to provide insights that support business strategies at RecargaPay.
- Gather data from multiple sources, clean, and structure it for analysis while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for reporting.
- Create real-time insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar.
- Establish and measure key performance indicators aligned with business goals.
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in large datasets and produce data-driven insights.
- Group users based on purchasing behavior, retention, and churn.
- Regularly update monthly presentation decks for senior executives, ensuring clear and impactful data visualization through well-structured graphs and tables.
Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- Proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights to support business strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of the credit card processing market, including regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understand concept of P&L and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Experience with large databases and analytics.
- Advanced SQL and Excel.
- Average English or Spanish.

- Building presentation decks for executive meetings.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
