Role Description
This role involves leading the strategy and optimization of two strategic products, Pix and Open Finance. This professional will play a strategic role managing performance, efficiency, and market opportunities, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.
- Management operation and strategy of Pix and Open Finance products, ensuring efficiency, performance, and growth.
- Analyze data and performance indicators to identify opportunities and continuous improvements, optimizing customer experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as technology, compliance, marketing, and business, to ensure that solutions align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners within the financial ecosystem, including banks, regulators, and technology providers.
- Ensure that developed solutions comply with regulations and guidelines from the Central Bank of Brazil and other regulatory bodies.
- Create business and market analysis cases to support the financial viability and impact of proposed innovations.
- Stay on top of market trends and latest innovations related to PIX and Open Finance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial product management.
- Experience in fintechs, acquirers, or sub-acquirers.
- Proven experience in payment processing products.
- In-depth knowledge of the payments market, preferably of PIX & Open Finance payments, including regulations, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience building business cases to justify innovations in financial products, focusing on efficiency and differentiation in the market.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of P&L creation and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and growing environment.
- Experience with large databases and analytics.
- Advanced SQL and Excel.
- Average English or Spanish.
