[Hiring] Data Specialist @Sanderson Firm

Role Description

The data specialist is responsible for the development of applications that transmit raw data into usable internal applications. This includes:

• Developing and maintaining data processing procedures for Salesforce
• Cdata web hooks for online referral form transfers
• Excel formulas to produce usable front-end applications
• Website development and UI/UX creation for client-facing reports and presentations

This role works closely with other technology team members to ensure all business and operation needs are sufficient and meet the organization’s expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS or other front-end development
• Salesforce experience is a plus

Requirements

• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly interfaces structured on data filters
• UI/UX design and website development
• Advanced Excel configurations using pivot tables and formulas
• KPI creation with SQL queries and filters
• Create and maintain workflows and formulas within Salesforce
• Assist in the QA process for other development work
• Creation of Python scripts for data processing
• Any other duties assigned by SF Leadership
