[Hiring] DATA REPORTING ANALYST @Qualfon

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Services Reporting Specialist to join our fulfillment team. This role is responsible for creating comprehensive client-facing reports and conducting campaign analysis for all digital marketing campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Qualifications

• Background knowledge of digital marketing products including display ads, retargeting, email marketing, lead generation, webinars, and social media paid advertising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheets and Asana
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control mindset
• Deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously
• Proactive work style with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges independently

Requirements

• Develop and maintain client-facing reports for digital marketing campaigns across all brands and live campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities and provide feedback back to clients, sellers, and the fulfillment team
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables with accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with campaign teams to gather necessary data and metrics
• Maintain reporting templates and standardize processes for consistency
• Ensure all reports meet quality standards and client specifications
