Role Description

This role involves leading data activities for the Firm’s immigration practice group, including:

Establishing protocols for data integrity
Performing data analytics
Executing reporting functions for the Immigration Department
Leading various ad hoc data projects, including data migration from a legacy case management system
Assisting with the development of complex dashboards for clients and sales pitches

Qualifications

Fluent in English speaking and writing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel
Outstanding case management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
High attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
Ability to work independently toward team goals
Ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
Minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in advanced Excel formula writing
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with coding, SQL scripting, R, Python, SSRS, SSIS, and ETL
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with writing basic visual queries such as in Power BI
Familiarity with immigration processes or the legal sector preferred
Advanced level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases
Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications
