[Hiring] Data Processing Specialist @Regis Remote Office

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Data Processing Specialist to maintain accurate client and plan information across our systems. This role helps ensure data in HubSpot CRM, Employee Navigator, and insurance carrier portals remains accurate and up to date.

• Maintain and update client information in HubSpot CRM.
• Update group plan names and company information following renewals.
• Access Employee Navigator and insurance carrier portals to update plan and company details.
• Update items such as company waiting periods and contact information within carrier systems.
• Verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies between systems.
• Review agent email inboxes twice daily and route emails to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data entry, CRM systems, or administrative support.
• Experience with HubSpot, Employee Navigator, or insurance carrier portals is a plus.
• Organized and comfortable working across multiple systems.
