Role Description
Imagine yourself at the forefront of Husqvarna's digital transformation, leading a journey that will redefine how we manage and utilize data. As our Data Management Lead, you will be one of the driving forces behind our shift to a data-driven future, focused on improving data quality and availability.
Your role involves:
- Overseeing Data Governance Operations and managing change requests
- Leading initiatives to achieve strategic data management targets
- Ensuring a supportive environment for governance operations
- Leading governance committees and acting as an escalation resource
- Maintaining business ownership of data standards and data catalogue
- Coaching and empowering data managers and stewards
- Developing and implementing group-wide processes
- Driving global cross-divisional operations management
- Conducting KPI measurements and quality audits
Qualifications
- MSc in Engineering or similar
- 5-10 years’ experience in data management and related standards
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience in leading cross-functional development or transformation initiatives

This position will be based in Sweden, at any of our sites in Huskvarna, Stockholm, or Jonsered. With our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week (50%).
