Role Description

The Data Integration and Implementation Analyst will support FAA implementation efforts through data integration, schedule and inventory analysis, and site-level reporting. The analyst will manage complex data processes and help schedulers and implementation teams track progress, resolve discrepancies, and identify risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree is a plus and may count as additional years of experience.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data integration, inventory analysis, program controls, and/or implementation tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with large, complex datasets using Power Query, Tableau Prep, SQL, Python, or comparable tools to clean, transform, join, and validate data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, reconciliation, and structured data management.
• Experience building repeatable data workflows with refreshes, validation checks, error handling, and documentation.
• Ability to match records across inconsistent identifiers and different levels of detail, validate join results, and distinguish data errors from unusual technical or operational conditions.
• Experience analyzing equipment inventory, procurement, installation, or implementation data to identify gaps and support planning.
• Familiarity with schedules, milestones, dependencies, variances, risks, and implementation reporting. Experience working with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 schedule data is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar dashboarding and reporting tools preferred. ArcGIS experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-site technology implementations preferred. FAA, aviation industry, or telecommunications experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced work environment and be flexible to work on more than one program.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $90k-120k
• Remote Work Option: Yes
• Occasional travel required as needed by client/s and/or company.

Security Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance (moderate risk), including a soft credit check and criminal background check.
