Role Description

The Client Services Onboarding and Implementation Specialist role encompasses components of eFax project implementation, solutions consulting, customer support, training, and product feedback. This role is responsible for the entire customer experience acting as a partner during their solution implementation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience with direct client interaction and issue/task resolution responsibilities
• 2+ years practical experience with troubleshooting technical issues
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience

Requirements

• Very strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate with clients to analyze, design, recommend and document workflows
• Aptitude to classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections
• Automation tool experience (scripting) desired
• Critical thinking in all aspects of the role
• Create and nurture working relationships with hiring teams and other internal stakeholders
• Accuracy in communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Resourcefulness to implement creative solutions
• Initiative to expand role related knowledge

Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000.00 - $67,500.00 annually
• Total compensation package is negotiable and may include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits

Additional Details

• Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S.
• Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel
• Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as handle long periods of screen time
• Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet

• Work hours: Support for East Coast operations, fully remote role open to candidates based in Eastern Time or Pacific Time (starting at 6:00 AM PT)
