Role Description

This role involves supporting our client to develop next generation innovative products, services, and solutions.

  • Electronic File indexing
  • Entering information from client systems accurately
  • Receiving and confirming information from loans
  • Utilizing databases to create client files to be distributed to appropriate departments
  • Requesting information as needed and providing follow-up
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with data entry
  • Mortgage, foreclosure, and/or bankruptcy experience highly preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Internet-based applications preferred
  • High School Diploma, College degree preferred

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a high volume, high pressure environment
  • Superior attention to detail
  • This is a 100% remote work position requiring a home office environment with the ability to work effectively surrounded by moderate home environment noise.
