[Hiring] Data Coordinator @Labcorp

Role Description

Labcorp is seeking a remote Data Coordinator to join our Expanded Laboratory Management Solutions (ELMS) team in the United Kingdom.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard working hours

Job Responsibilities

• Work on issue resolution mainly based on excel file comparisons, including use of other software tools for samples that have/will be shipped to external labs for testing.
• Pro-active verifications that all the required information is available for the samples that need to get shipped/have been shipped.
• Add any missing information based on other data sources if available.
• Pro-active checks that the test codes are correctly ordered in preparation of database locks.
• Communicate to internal and external stakeholders (as needed) if issues are encountered.
• Provide support with the final cleaning of the database after result upload, including verification that all results provided by the lab have been uploaded in our database.
• Manage the Data Coordinator mailbox: Follow up until resolution within Labcorp on any issues with shipping manifests (ePL’s).
• Raise potential structural issues with these ePL’s to Global Study Manager/Study Design Lead manager managing the laboratory.
• Escalate non-responsiveness to management.
• Responsible for maintaining his/her complete up-to-date training file.
• Ensure he/she is trained and training is documented prior to performing a task.
• Accountable for any deficiencies found in his/her training file.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A-level qualification
• 1 or more years of administrative experience
• 6 or more months of experience on Microsoft Excel

• Fluency in English
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong attention to detail
