Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in data management, automation, systems integration, or a related technical field
• Senior-level professionals with more than 5 years of relevant experience are also welcome
• Strong hands-on technical expertise, as the role primarily focuses on data and automation delivery
• Strong hands-on experience in data management, automation, and systems integration
• Proven experience in developing automations and workflows to improve processes and reduce manual work
• Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Proven experience in data migration, including data mapping, validation, and transformation
• Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance across data and automation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly when collaborating with business and operations teams

Requirements

• Manage database environments to support stable, secure, and efficient data operations across organizational systems
• Monitor database performance and implement optimization strategies to improve reliability and responsiveness
• Support data integrity, access control, and system configuration in line with organizational standards and governance frameworks
• Design and implement technical automations to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual processes
• Identify automation opportunities across departments to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, integrations, and workflows aligned with organizational technology platforms
• Develop integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms through APIs and integration tools
• Facilitate seamless data exchange between systems to support reporting, operational visibility, and service coordination
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions to improve system interoperability and reliability
• Plan and execute data migration activities for new systems, upgrades, and platform transitions
• Design data mapping, validation, and transformation processes to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout migrations
• Support system implementation projects through data preparation, validation, and transfer between platforms
• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation for database structures, automation workflows, and integrations
• Establish and support best practices for data management, automation design, and system configuration
• Produce reports and technical insights to support system performance monitoring and continuous improvement
• Partner with internal teams to understand operational challenges and identify technology-enabled solutions
• Provide technical guidance on automation opportunities, system capabilities, and effective data use
• Identify and implement improvements across systems, data, and digital workflows to support organizational innovation
• Lead and develop a high-performing data and automation capability, with clear priorities and accountability across data, systems, and automation initiatives
• Provide structured guidance and technical oversight to strengthen capabilities across data management, reporting, system integration, and process automation
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Service Delivery leaders to align data structures, reporting, and automation initiatives with operational requirements
• Model a positive safety culture, promote organizational values, and support a no-blame approach to incidents and feedback
• Support governance activities, including business planning, risk management, audits, and policy development and review
• Lead incident and complaint management, implement corrective actions, escalate risks, and promote continuous improvement in care and support
