[Hiring] Data and Analytics Product Manager @GroupNine

Role Description

• Understand data/analytics needs from executive leaders
• Translate business needs into data/analytics requirements specifications
• Run data/analytics scrum teams/pods
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demos, and retrospectives
• Ensure products are intuitive, scalable, reliable, and aligned with healthcare-provider workflows
• Act as the voice of the customer
• Ensure product requirements appropriately address security, privacy, auditability, and data-governance requirements

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Data/Analytics Business Analysis or Product Management in Healthcare Services (Dental, Eye Care, Behavioral Health, Dermatology or a similar domain)
• Understanding of same or similar business is a must
• Solid understanding of EMR/operational data (online scheduling, physician productivity, financial) and marketing related (ROAS attribution etc) data is a must
• We are not going to teach this person how data/analytics and automation solution is going to work but this person should teach us
