[Hiring] Data Analytics Specialist @SweetRush

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to maintain, enhance, and support our client’s Learning Analytics and Reporting platforms used by their Global Learning team.

• Focus on ensuring the ongoing reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement of our client’s existing analytics ecosystem, including:
• Power BI dashboards
• Power Apps solutions
• SharePoint sites
• Supporting data sources
• Work closely with Learning, Capability, and Reporting stakeholders to:
• Troubleshoot issues
• Implement enhancements
• Onboard new data sources
• Improve the user experience
• This is a 6-month contract position with flexibility for full-time, part-time, or reduced-hour arrangements.
• Ideally, automate solutions for data collection to automatically populate dashboards.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI development and administration
• Experience with Power Apps development and support
• SharePoint administration and site management experience
• Advanced Excel skills including:
• Power Query
• Pivot Tables
• Data modeling
• Advanced formulas
• Experience designing and maintaining business dashboards and analytics portals
• Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting principles
• Experience managing multiple data sources
• Ability to identify data quality issues and implement solutions
• Knowledge of KPI design and performance reporting
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in a global environment
• Business English

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft
• Experience with Learning Analytics
• Knowledge of Learning & Development metrics and reporting
• Experience supporting global or enterprise-scale reporting solutions
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery

Success Measures

• Maintained uninterrupted operation of Learning Analytics platforms
• Implemented agreed reporting enhancements and dashboard improvements
• Added new data sources and automated manual reporting activities
• Improved reliability, accuracy, and usability of analytics solutions
• Documented reporting processes and technical architecture for long-term sustainability
