Role Description

The Data Analytics and Infrastructure System Administrator is responsible for integrating corporate data assets from various sources to support insightful reporting and decision-making. This position involves working with data, extracting insights, and transforming information into compelling reports and visualizations that drive business strategy. Responsibilities include:

• Extracting and preparing data from the data warehouse for one-time requests and analytic purposes.
• Optimizing data workflows.
• Developing and delivering data solutions for analytics and reporting.
• Ensuring seamless integration of data across systems while leveraging visualization tools to present findings effectively.

This position is eligible to work remote, hybrid or onsite in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy.

Qualifications

• Experience utilizing ETL tools and frameworks, including Informatica, SSIS, and data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience accessing and querying various corporate and disparate data sources.
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, including data lakes, relational databases, and data models.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and other related platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing data management challenges.
• Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to complete small to medium-sized projects successfully.
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance best practices.
• Experience working with operational data in the Health Care Industry (Preferred).
• Knowledge of data gateways and pipelines for integrating and securely transferring data.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or completion of a Computer Science Program preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in I.T. and/or application development required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing assigned technologies by performing regular maintenance tasks.
• Preferred experience with technologies such as Python, SSRS, Visual Studio (.NET/C#), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SSIS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), GitLab, and data integration frameworks.

Compensation

This position is open to multiple job levels:

• IT&S 16: Requires a minimum of five years’ experience in I.T. and/or application development. Salary range: $96,240 - $114,300.
• IT&S 17: Requires a minimum of eight years’ experience in I.T. and/or application development. Salary range: $110,800 - $131,500.
