Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, build reports, and support strategic initiatives.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Interpret data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Automate data processes and improve reporting efficiency where possible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with data analysis programming languages (Python or R preferred)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
• Experience with ETL processes and automation tools
