Role Description

The Data Administration Assistant – Import Exceptions reviews error lists from an online system that imports approved records. Responsibilities include:

• Comparing flagged rows with their source records.
• Making permitted corrections or routing uncertain cases.
• Ensuring no uncontrolled imports or fabricated data.
• Identifying and flagging errors based on the employer's field guide.
• Maintaining a clear correction trail linked to original files.
• Providing careful comparison and documentation for records.
• Tracking corrected, deferred, or referred rows.

Qualifications

• Customer service or office administration experience is relevant.
• Comfortable with online spreadsheets and accurate comparisons.
• Ability to write concise exception notes.
• No prior data-import work is required; training will be provided.

Requirements

• Review assigned import errors in a web-based system.
• Match rejected rows to the correct approved source.
• Check field formats and required values under a supplied guide.
• Correct permitted formatting errors without inventing facts.
• Flag missing or conflicting source data.
• Keep source files and personal data in approved storage.

Benefits

• Pay range: $65,520–$68,640 per year.
