Role Description

We invite a talented Data Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of new features, including those used for technological prognosis. You'll be part of a platform that facilitates reference-based pricing for employers and offers patient advocacy advice, data analytics reporting, and accredited care management services.

Qualifications

• Upper-Intermediate English level, including formal writing skills
• 1+ year experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly MS Office and Excel (including advanced functions)
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities; effective task prioritization
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Great attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Outstanding communication skills
• Self-motivation; ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Experience with writing Excel queries (desirable)
• Hands-on experience with Jira (desirable)
• Ability to process and analyze large data volumes (desirable)

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and manage data to help the team ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support informed decision-making
• Research, document, and cite sources for state Medicaid programs following prompts to identify key pricing and editing components
• Analyze supporting data and create standardized data dictionaries
• Review a worklist for data changes requiring new data loads
• Initiate new data load requests
• Analyze data that support pricing and editing functions, and create data dictionaries using predefined templates
• Work with a senior analyst to ensure content quality and identify process improvement opportunities
• Develop business requirements documents (BRD) using a template
• Create test claims to validate requirements using existing claim example template
• Manage BRD deadlines, track completion progress, and identify open items requiring stakeholder input
