    • Provide the BI team with business requirements to build, maintain, and improve recurring reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into sales performance and key SaaS metrics.
    • Summarize findings in concise presentations and written updates tailored to business stakeholders.
  • Performance Management
    • Track funnel conversion, pipeline coverage, sales velocity, win rates, productivity, customer acquisition cost, churn, and retention metrics.
    • Compare actual performance with targets, forecasts, prior periods, and relevant benchmarks; explain key drivers.
    • Recommend practical improvements to reports, metrics, and workflows based on recurring analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Process Optimization

    • Create and maintain process documentation, templates, definitions, and standard operating procedures.
    • Build simple tools, reference materials, and reporting views that help sales teams use processes and systems effectively.
  • Sales Technology and Automation
    • Support day-to-day use of Salesforce and related sales tools by testing reports, documenting requirements, and helping troubleshoot data or workflow issues.
    • Work with Operations and BI teams to validate integrations and ensure data moves accurately across platforms.
    • Build or support lightweight automation for recurring reports, data preparation, quality checks, and routine workflows.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management
    • Analyze customer acquisition, onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and retention data.
    • Maintain tracking and reporting that helps account teams prioritize upcoming renewals and expansion opportunities.
    • Support analysis of churn and contraction drivers, including recurring root-cause reporting and data validation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Follow established controls and data handling practices.
    • Flag material data issues, process gaps, and revenue risks to the appropriate business owners.
