Role Description

Adswerve is looking for a Consultant, Analytics to join the Analytics Services Team! This person will sit in a pod, or group, completing tasks for clients through assigned projects/clients in Asana directly related to Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Implementation or other analytics platforms and tag management systems such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Tealium, Tableau.

• Advise Clients on all-things Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Data Studio or Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Tealium; capabilities of the tool, where to find answers to business questions, and solutions for integrations with other tools.
• Create and carry out tasks in Asana, while handling all client communications (answering emails, taking notes in meetings).
• Maintain client relationships and be their liaison throughout projects and tasks.
• Digest Client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions.
• Answer client questions and attend client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
• Demonstrable experience in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• 1 - 2 years experience working in Google Tag Manager or comparable tag management system
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and ensure timely delivery, providing the highest level of quality and empathy towards all clients and internal teams
• Exemplary presentation skills and interpersonal skills, with previous client facing experience

Requirements

• This position will spend 70% of their time on client interactions
• 20% on Individual Training and Development
