Role Description

The Challenge: Driving Intelligence for a Scalable Adtech

• Bring the same level of client-facing products and real-time analytics to internal teams (Sales, CSM).
• Lead the entire Data & AI function in collaboration with the CTO.
• Structure the Data department to support Sparteo’s growth.
• Define the organizational building blocks to elevate global technical maturity.
• Execute the strategy for integrating LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Own data governance across the group, including GDPR compliance.
• Manage the Data & AI annual budget and decide on automation and hiring.
• Lead the Heads/Leads of each pillar to ensure coherence of the Data/AI value chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in very high-volume environments (High-Frequency Trading, Adtech).
• Proven experience as a CDO or VP Data managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning and AI.
• Technical authority in engineering, AI, and mathematics.

• Drive innovation in yield management and bidding optimization.
• Transform raw data into growth levers for Sales and CSM teams.
