Role Description
This role involves performing high-level analysis and research on TransUnion processes and analyzing data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a Sales or Operational analyst role
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills to perform ad-hoc analysis
- Determine trends and recognize abnormalities in the business
- Identify potential gaps in process related to Quality, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), or Automation Opportunities
- Lead small projects and assist with larger Project Management responsibilities
- Document tasks, action items, and create Project Charters as needed
- Assist and/or create training materials/user guides for Agent Training or Program/Project Management
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with all levels at TransUnion
- Become immersed in the operations of the TransUnion Illuminate Organization within the first 90 days
- Assist and potentially lead projects based on analysis to drive improvements
- Responsible for providing critical business intelligence and completing action items for the team
- Ability to learn new things quickly and present data cohesively
Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in a Sales or Operational analyst role
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Ability to lead small projects
- Experience with Project Management responsibilities
- Ability to document tasks and create Project Charters
- Experience in creating training materials/user guides
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
- Collaborate across functions to solve operational and strategic business problems
