Role Description

Work directly impacting both clinical and operational success across the organization.

• Partner specifically with stakeholders in the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) to understand goals and turn complex data into actionable insights through dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI (15%)
• Translate raw data into meaningful information to help stakeholders make smarter decisions that improve patient care, safety, and efficiency (15%)
• Ensure data quality while supporting regulatory compliance (7%)
• Empower users through education and self-service tools, reducing reliance on technical teams (7%)
• Demonstrate collaboration skills and understand both the business and technical sides (3.6%)
• Be an essential connector across departments and assist and support stakeholders (3.6%)
• Support organizational strategy and actively drive it forward (3.6%)
• Provide business intelligence related support to the ACO and HMO (7%)
• Provide daily support for existing Tableau reports, including executive deliverables, as well as statistical analysis system workflows and data integration processes (10%)
• Assist in projects and develop new reports and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for the healthcare system (10%)

100% Telecommuting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Informatics, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 3 years of experience as an EMR Business Intelligence Developer, Analytics Program Analyst, or in an occupation involving SQL in an Oracle SQL Server environment
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau including the tool architecture, functions, features, and capabilities)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislations around hospital mandated reporting on quality and regulatory metrics
• Healthcare analytics skills (predictive and prescriptive analytics, statistical analysis, and data validation)
• Data analysis skills to enhance user experience, productivity, and decision-making ability
• Ability to translate complex data findings into relatable written or verbal communications for laypersons
