[Hiring] Business Intelligence Analyst @OSV

Role Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Business Analyst to join our Shared Services Team with Service Delivery. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing reporting mechanisms, consulting on best practices, documenting vital processes, and administering essential tools and systems. This role is pivotal in aiding the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet our business needs.

• Help business users develop key indicators.
• Identify supporting datasets.
• Build/support repeatable dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
• Service ad-hoc data requests to aid in decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and document processes, tools, technologies, and team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a shared services, Professional Services, or similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
• Experience with reporting tools and databases (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of business process documentation and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with ERP systems and other business tools and systems is a plus.
