This position is responsible for analyzing complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive decision-making processes. The position collaborates with business leaders and cross-functional teams to interpret data, develop reports, and support data-driven strategies that improve business outcomes. The role involves advanced data analysis, the creation of data models, and the communication of findings in a clear and effective manner.

• Analyzes and interprets large sets of business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develops and maintains complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations for various business units.
• Collaborates with business leaders to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Designs and implements data models to support business strategies and optimize processes.
• Supports the development and implementation of data governance policies and standards.
• Utilizes advanced analytical techniques (e.g., regression analysis, predictive modeling) to address business challenges.
• Ensures data integrity and accuracy by performing quality checks and data validation.
• Presents complex data insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously monitors industry trends and best practices to enhance data analysis techniques.
• Provides mentorship to junior data analysts, offering guidance on complex analytical tasks.
• May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional business travel may be required.
• Use approved AI-assisted tools to support coding/scripting, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documentation, technical research, and related work to improve the quality and speed of deliverables.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet company standards for security, privacy, quality, accuracy, and responsible use.
• Support the adoption and expansion of AI technologies by evaluating tools, new uses and processes while providing constructive feedback.
• As AI technologies and business practices evolve, the scope of supported activities may expand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field required.
• Seven (7) plus years of experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Expertise in data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis, regression, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex business challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Experience in data mining, data cleaning, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
