[Hiring] Business Data Analyst @GP Strategies

Role Description

As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in extracting, modelling, and analysing business data to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Working within our Global MI/Data Analytics function, you’ll collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to deliver high‑quality insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Based in Poland, the role will operate on a fully remote basis.

What You’ll Do

• Analyse business processes and identify key data points to support effective operational insights
• Develop data extraction models and validate, transform, and manage data (ETL)
• Build and enhance automated reports using Power BI, Excel (Power Query, VBA, DAX, Macros, Pivot Tables), and PowerPoint
• Spot trends and make informed recommendations to stakeholders
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc Management Information (MI) reports
• Act as a key contact for reporting queries, supporting both internal teams and clients
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business

Qualifications

• Strong business analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and hands‑on experience with Power BI, SSRS, Power Query, data modelling, and automation tools
• Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• A relevant degree or professional qualification

Requirements

• Experience within the Finance or Training sector (Desirable)
