Role Description

This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work is limited to application development and does not include handling or processing of sensitive health information.

• Serve as the key liaison between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements.
• Analyse, document and validate business needs, process improvements and expected outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, mock-ups and acceptance criteria.
• Support data analysis, data mapping, interface specifications and processing logic for implementations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with development, testing and client teams to validate requirements, support UAT and confirm solution readiness.
• Identify requirement changes, business risks and dependencies, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Apply US healthcare and Medicaid domain knowledge across areas such as provider, claims, TPL, financial, portal, plan management, pharmacy and managed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development, testing lifecycle and Agile methodology.
• Experience with SQL, MS Excel and MS Visio.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to quickly understand and apply complex business and technical concepts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
