Role Description

itD is seeking a Business Analyst V to serve as the operational backbone of a fast-paced, in-market sales organization. This role is critical in driving the weekly rhythm of business, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven insights that inform sales performance and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in sales operations, business operations, or program management, along with a proven track record of building scalable processes, managing complex workstreams, and delivering actionable reporting that influences leadership decisions.

Location: Remote (U.S. – West Coast preferred)

Pay Rate: Depending on experience

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the weekly rhythm of business cadence across sales teams
• Own end-to-end preparation and facilitation of weekly business reviews, including agenda creation, pre-read development, and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure alignment on key topics, data, and attendee participation to drive effective decision-making
• Analyze and monitor key sales performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into sales performance and business health
• Proactively escalate risks with actionable recommendations to leadership
• Track, manage, and drive accountability for action items and deliverables across cross-functional teams
• Maintain centralized systems for tracking progress, ensuring visibility, and closing gaps
• Provide regular status updates and insights to senior leadership on performance, risks, and blockers

Internal Responsibilities

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
• Complete client case studies and learning materials (blogs, media content)
• Build materials to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
• Partner with leadership on career development and fast-track opportunities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, program management, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with experience managing multiple workstreams
• Proven experience building and managing recurring business review cadences
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, BI tools)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Experience navigating dashboards and synthesizing business performance data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or retail/channel sales environments
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs
• Experience supporting senior sales or category leadership
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required
