Role Description

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts, Researchers & Operations Specialists for a writing-intensive customer project focused on analytical thinking, research, professional judgment, and business communication. You will contribute real-world professional expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. Prior AI/ML experience is NOT mandatory.

Qualifications

• 6–7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Research, Operations Management, Market/Policy Research or related analytical fields.
• Strong professional English and documentation skills.

• Prepare reports, research summaries, business documents and process documentation.
• Apply professional judgment and communicate complex findings clearly in writing.
